Cathy's Car Corner - You Need a SOUL !!!

Two for the Road USA

It’s good to have a big heart.. but there is nothing like having a soul… Kia SOUL that is. Hi this is Cathy
Droz with Car Pro. I just test drove the 2013 KIA soul wagon last week and loved the way it handled
both highway and the curvy backstreets. The SOUL is funky and hip and with a hatchback as
door number five, it can transport more than you think. The functional Soul has a base
price of $14,400 and you get plenty for your dollar. 1.6 liter 4 cyl engine, automatic transmission,
Bluetooth, IPOD input, satellite radio, front and side airbags, stability control and ABS brakes.
OH ! and a 5- year 60,000 mile warranty. My favorite? Hill Start Assist control.. not that living in the
desert has a lot of hills, but getting to the polls last week to vote had its ups and downs, So come on …
the hamster commercials alone make you want to test drive the Soul.. have a heart… own a Soul.

Cathy's Car Corner Praises Hyundai Sonata

As Heard on KFYI – Clear Channel Radio – Saturday’s 11 AM to 2 PM
CarPro with Jerry Reynolds By: Cathy Droz

My son Jason wants to lease a 2013 Hyundai, Sonata. I know it’s a good car but why the Sonata? Hi, this is Cathy Droz with CarPro and as my son said.. it’s a luxurious looking sedan, spacious both inside and out and the prices start at $20,000. This suburb daddy, with three small children put the Sonata to the test at the dealership by placing all three of the kids car seats in the back and then threw his golf clubs, grass seed bags and other props he brought into the trunk .. the five–seater passenger car with two moon roofs, 60,000 mile warranty and 35 miles to the gallon highway, passed the test.

For me…I like looking at rears .. and I think Sonata has one of the best ! For 2013 Sonata has a hybrid
and turbo version but the entry level was all my son needed. It may be good for a family of five but as
an empty nester I loved how quiet it was just driving all by myself to the Suns game.
